What exactly is an “Esgobuy Spreadsheet”?
It's the workflow, not a single file: you discover products on a spreadsheet such as W2CSpreadsheet.com, then use the Esgobuy agent to buy, quality-check and ship them. The spreadsheet handles discovery; Esgobuy handles logistics.
What does it cost to buy through Esgobuy?

When will the seller ship my item?
After you pay, the Chinese seller dispatches to Esgobuy's warehouse. Timing depends on the seller — a few days before warehouse arrival is normal, and busy periods or festivals can add time.
How long does it take to reach the warehouse?
Domestic delivery inside China is usually quick, but it varies by seller and location. You'll see it marked as received once staff check it in, along with QC photos.
Which marketplaces and third-party sources are supported?
Esgobuy supports the major Chinese marketplaces — Taobao, 1688, Xianyu and Weidian. Third-party sources such as Xiaohongshu, Bilibili or Yupoo can be purchased on request, but the platform can't verify authenticity in advance — buy those carefully.
What payment methods are accepted?
Esgobuy supports PayPal and credit cards, plus other methods shown at checkout. PayPal was added as a payment option in a recent update.
How long can items sit in the warehouse?
There's a free storage window so you can combine several orders into one parcel. Check the current storage period in your account and ship before it expires to avoid any storage charges.
What if my item is wrong or defective?
Raise it via Esgobuy's return/exchange and after-sales protection service before paying international shipping — while the item is still in China it's far easier to swap or refund.
I'm in the EU — anything special?
