How to use Esgobuy, from link to delivery
Two paths lead to the same warehouse: DIY Order (Esgobuy buys the item for you) and Forwarding (you already bought it, Esgobuy just ships it out). Below is the full beginner walkthrough for both.
Fast facts
There are two ways to use Esgobuy: a DIY Order (Esgobuy buys the item for you) or Forwarding (you already bought it and Esgobuy just ships it out of China). Both end at the same warehouse and the same international parcel.
- DIY Order: paste the product link → Esgobuy buys & receives it → you approve QC photos → pick a shipping line → get tracking.
- Forwarding: send an item you bought yourself to the Esgobuy warehouse, then ship it internationally the same way.
- Multiple orders can be consolidated into one parcel to save on shipping.

Placing a DIY Order
Use this when you found a product on a spreadsheet and want Esgobuy to buy it for you.
Find the product & copy its link
On W2CSpreadsheet.com, open the item you like and copy its seller URL (Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or Xianyu).
Open Esgobuy's DIY Order form
Register a free Esgobuy account, then go to DIY Order. Paste the link and fill in the required fields: product name, specifications (size, colour), quantity and an optional note to staff. You can attach an image to avoid confusion.
Confirm the price & pay
Esgobuy shows the item unit price, quantity and the seller-to-warehouse shipping cost. Approve it and pay (PayPal and credit card are supported). The agent then purchases from the seller — you never contact the store yourself.
Seller ships to the warehouse
The Chinese seller sends the item to Esgobuy's domestic warehouse. Delivery time depends on the seller, so a few days is normal before it arrives.
Heads-up on third-party sources: for platforms like Xianyu, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili or Yupoo, Esgobuy can find the seller and purchase for you, but it can't verify quality or authenticity in advance — so buy those with extra care.
Warehouse check-in & QC
This is the part buying direct can't give you — a chance to see your item before it leaves China.
Inspection
Staff receive the parcel, check it against your order and take quality-control photos. You review them in your account.
Storage
Items are kept for a free storage window, so you can wait for other orders and combine them into one shipment.
Consolidation
When you're ready, select the items in Warehouse and submit them together. Combining parcels usually lowers your per-item shipping cost.
If QC reveals a defect, use Esgobuy's return/exchange and after-sales protection service before you pay international shipping — it's far easier to resolve while the item is still in China.
Choose a line, pay & track
Submit your parcel
From the warehouse, select the items you want shipped and submit them for an international parcel. Esgobuy weighs and measures the box.
Pick a shipping line
You'll see several lines with different speeds and prices. Your cost is based on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight — bulky-but-light items are charged by volume, so pack-friendly choices matter.
Pay international freight within 72 hours
After submitting, complete payment within 72 hours or the order auto-cancels. The quoted freight can differ slightly from an earlier estimate once the final box is measured.
Track to your door
Esgobuy packs and ships. Follow the tracking number in your account until delivery. Keep an eye on your country's tariff threshold (see our fees & shipping guide).
Already bought it? Use Forwarding
If you purchased something yourself (or from another seller) and only need it shipped out of China, Esgobuy's forwarding service takes over from the warehouse.
Get the address
Log in to copy your unique Esgobuy warehouse address. Never share your tracking number — it's what proves the package is yours.
Add tracking
Pay the courier yourself, then add the tracking number in Esgobuy so staff can match the parcel to your account on arrival.
Submit for shipping
Once received, select the item in Warehouse and submit it for an international parcel, just like a DIY order.
Pay & go
Pay the international shipping within 72 hours and Esgobuy packs and sends it on your chosen line.
